By creating an account, accessing, or using CronManager (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
CronManager is a web-based platform that allows users to schedule, execute, and monitor recurring HTTP requests (commonly known as cron jobs). Our service includes:
- A dashboard for creating and managing cron jobs.
- Automated execution of scheduled HTTP requests to URLs specified by the user.
- Logging and monitoring of cron job execution history and results.
- Subscription-based plan tiers with varying capabilities and limits.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Accounts & Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information as needed.
- Keep your password secure and confidential.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@cronmanager.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Conduct, facilitate, or promote any illegal activity.
- Launch Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any other form of cyberattack against any server, website, or network.
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or automated requests to systems you do not own or have permission to target.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to any other system or network.
- Harvest or collect personal data of other users without their consent.
- Upload or transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
- Scrape or excessively poll third-party systems in a way that violates their terms of service.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions. Violations may result in immediate termination of your account and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
6. Payment & Subscriptions
Subscription Plans
CronManager offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Basic and Premium). Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, in advance.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By providing payment information, you authorize Razorpay to charge you for the selected plan. We do not store your full credit card details.
Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at legal@cronmanager.com within 7 days of the charge.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If your usage exceeds the limits of your plan, we may restrict functionality until your plan is upgraded.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of CronManager and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent.
You retain full ownership of any content or data you submit to the Service (e.g., your cron job configurations). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
We are not responsible for any failures or delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or natural events.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CRONMANAGER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any content obtained from the Service.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹1,000.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CronManager and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you via email or a prominent notice within the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
